Do you ever think what will be if GMail was designed by Microsoft? Here some ideas:
This is the original one of GMail inbox snapshot.

First of all, we need to rebrand the application name to something longer. Let’s call this Windows Live Gmail, and add some of the visual elements connected with Windows. Also, as in Hotmail, there needs to be less space for the email subjects to make place for a reading pane, which is full of verbose explanatory help text*:
To this:

Then, this:

There’s still not enough banner space available though, so let’s add a top row for ads and move the rest a bit more down. Also, to go back to the real Microsoft spirit, the inbox will now carry a maximum of 2 MB of messages – that was the amount Hotmail offered when Gmail was released with 1 GB in April 2004. Also, Microsoft-style, the actual start page of this service will not be the inbox, but a “welcome” splash screen. Please imagine the ads blinking at this point:

Plus, to increase user lock-in, let’s get rid of the “sign out” link. I’m also putting less emphasis on search, moving the box to the bottom right and replacing it with a dog:
Finally this:

Yesterday, i’ve just launch a Beta test website called Malaysia Million Pixels. Do you know what is it? Actually it’s called pixels advertising too. Pixel advertising is a form of display advertising on the web, in which the cost of each advertisement is calculated dependent on the number of pixels that was occupied.
In a general rule, pixel advertising is basically about selling pixel ads in minimum 100 pixel “blocks” as “cell ad” because this is the smallest size to reasonably display anything meaningful, and remain easily clickable. A few newer sites have additional features that allows a larger image to appear when visitors hover the cursor over the small pixel ad, while others allow pixel ads to be bought for a temporary period of time. For the details explaination about this projects go to here.
ok,enough for the explaination part :)
Now, i’m inviting you guys out there to participate for my Malaysia Million Pixels:beta here. I’m not charging even a single penny of you guys. This time it’s FREE!!(Beta test)
Grab you pixel links now! Be a part of Malaysia’s internet history!

AdBrite, “The Internet’s Ad Marketplace”, is an e-commerce site. Rather than selling books, CDs, or rare antiques, they sell ad space on thousands of websites.
So whether you are an advertiser looking for the right space to place your ad, or a publisher looking for a simple, yet powerful way to make money and sell ad space on your site, AdBrite is your marketplace. Like Ebay, many AdBrite users are both buyers and sellers (advertisers and publishers). That’s why their homepage doesn’t say “advertisers go here” and “publishers go there”. There are, however, two distinct things you can do with AdBrite — buy and sell ad space.

AdSense isn’t just for ads anymore; it’s also a place to get video content for your site — and earn extra revenue at the same time.
We’re excited about the launch of video units — a new way to enrich your site with quality, relevant video content in an embedded, customizable player. Simply embed a snippet of code and have relevant YouTube partner content streamed to your site. You can choose categories of video to target to your site, select content from individual YouTube partners, or have video automatically targeted to your site content. Companion and text overlay ads are relevant and non-intrusive. To further blend the YouTube player into your site, you can also customize the color scheme and layout as well as choose from three different player sizes.
If you’re looking to build “stickiness” with your visitors, show quality YouTube partner video on your site, and earn extra revenue along the way, and want to know more, then review our common questions about video units. You can also check out the video below to see how it works.
