Ok, I go straight to the point.
Here’s the possible causes:

1- You have edited some codes or files in admin section.
More likely the coding of templates.
2- You’ve accidentally modified the files inside your Wordpress wp-admin
directory on your server.
3- More likely caused by Worpress plugins error or incompatible issues.
4- Maybe insufficient PHP memory located for your Wordpress website/blog.

What you can do to solved it (Try it one by one):

1- Try to delete rename your Wordpress plugins directory inside your server.
Then clear the internet browser cache, after that refresh the browser. See what’s the results. If it’s not working, then go to step 2.

2- Lets delete the Wordpress plugins directory inside your server. Just delete it, yes! delete it!
but remember, BACKUP the WP-Plugins directory first before delete it by download it to your computer in case you’re out of luck. Ok, after that refresh your internet browser (your website) then lets see what u get now. If you still have no luck, then proceed to step 3.

3- If deleted your Wordpress plugins directory still didn’t solved the problem, try the advance mode now. Login to your hosting cpanel now, then go directly to the PHPMyAdmin page. Just browse around your right Wordpress database, then look under wp_options table. Find the active_plugins row. You can search the options_name field. On my installation, it was option #39. Delete everything in the options_value field. Once again, refresh your web browser now see what you will get now. If still have lo luck, proceed to the next step.

4- This step works for me, perfectly. If your site running on Wordpress 2.3.1, then just go to http://wordpress.org then download the latest stable version of Wordpress. What you will do now is, UPGRADE your wordpress site. As example for me is WP version 2.3.1 to 2.6.2 .
Here, i’m not going to provide you step by step how to upgrade your Wordpress because it’s already have. Just go to Wordpress.org site then browse to upgrade instruction section. Maybe you’ll need to read the extended upgrade instruction for this process. Just make sure you follow everyting in the instruction ok. After all the upgrade things done, then try to go to http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin .
If all things done correctly, WordPress now will check to see if a database upgrade is necessary, and if it is, it will give you a new link to follow. This link will lead you to run the WordPress upgrade script by accessing wp-admin/upgrade.php. Follow the instructions presented on your screen. Now you have a new working admin dashboard with a great login screen!
